This is me trying to wind up the wire with a drill, it saves a lot of time but needs to be done slow as to not break the wire.

I did incur quite a few scratchs too my hands with broken bits of wire :(

Here i was trying to get the 2 pieces of wire to stick by crushing them in the vise.

I placed my clay in front of the heater to get it soft so i could take slices from it (it was rock hard to begin with)

I made 2 thickness's of frames as to test what would hold up the best when it came to baring the stress of the clay.

This man was made using the thin wire frame. I am glad that I made two frames because I have learned that while the thick frame can hold up more clay and can stand on its own, it is too hard to animate with because it is stiff. On the other hand the thin clay is much easier to animate but is almost impossible to have stand on its own in the two legged models. I have had to come up with some new character designs. My Fiance has helped me out with some sketches.
